Safeguard Safety Inc is dedicated to the design. fabrication and installation of engineered fall protection systems for any application.These applications range from drilling rigs, roof tops, the transportation industry, food processing facilities and much more. Our team of experts can provide you with a cost effective, detailed solution for all your fall protection or custom fabrication needs.

Drilling Rigs

These large complex modular structures have several fall protection requirements (when in horizontal position for rig moves or maintenance), such as:

	derricks
	derrick ladders
	monkey boards
	building roof tops
	water tanks

We have completed these installations on doubles, triples and telescoping rigs for both drilling and well servicing.

Transportation

Aircraft
Installations may vary from small to large aircraft utilizing either an engineered beam & trolley system or a horizontal lifeline system. A typical installation will accommodate up to two workers. Coverages for aircraft include the fuselage, wings and horizontal stabilizer areas.

Truck Loading
Installations may consist of an engineered beam & trolley system or a horizontal lifeline system. Systems can be installed in existing buildings or from the ground up. This would entail foundations, steel supports and a horizontal lifeline. We can provide complete installation for any requirement. Workers can access the top of a tanker from a custom steel fabricated stair access platform, and a fold down platform to provide safe access over the work surface.

Railcar Loading
Installations may consist of an engineered beam & trolley system or a horizontal lifeline system. Systems can be installed in existing buildings or from the ground up. This would entail foundations, steel supports and a horizontal lifeline. We can provide complete installation for any requirement. Workers can access the top of a tanker from a custom steel fabricated stair access platform, and a fold down platform to provide safe access over the work surface.

Crane Rails

Typical installations would include an auto-pass-through feature horizontal lifeline system. This allows the worker access to the crane or equipment along the crane rail.

Pipe Racks

Worker access to valves & equipment along any pipe rack can be very dangerous. A typical solution we use at Safeguard Safety would be a multi-pass-through horizontal lifeline, then attached to custom steel fabricated supports.

Often steel fabricated platforms and ladders are also installed to provide appropriate walking and/or climbing surfaces.

Roof Tops

Roof tops on existing or new buildings may present safety issues due to worker maintenance, window washing or re-roofing. Strategic placement of anchors and/or horizontal lifelines is imperative, depending on the application. We have the experience and products to provide solutions to these issues.

Coliseums & Lobbies

Riggers and facility personnel must access very difficult areas of high roof structures in which safe walking areas are very limited. We offer solutions to these issues by providing patterned horizontal lifelines and/or additional catwalks, platforms or ladders.

Food Processing

Food processing presents many issues for workers working at various heights. We provide custom engineered fall protection/travel restraint solutions for any application.
